Peppen is a product based on our very own concept, SparkR. Peppen is a product that aims to increase the active work culture at Länsförsäkringar. The product is designed to improve physical and mental well-being and team spirit, as well as promote innovation and new thinking in the workplace.

We provide you with a kick-off, lectures with concrete tips and ideas, and a mobile app where the entire company is divided into teams that then compete against each other to feel better.
