X-mas Jam is a new initiative at our company – an annual 24-hour sprint where we gather to explore an important theme and create something meaningful from idea to solution in a single day.
This year's theme was "Make a difference closeby," focusing on how we can lower the barriers to local engagement. In the run-up to Christmas, many people find themselves in vulnerable situations, while many others want to help but don't know how or where to start. The challenge was to create something simple, playful, and accessible within 24 hours that would make it easier to actually take the first step.
